RKS Advisory is a Singapore-based boutique consultancy specialising in treasury management systems, treasury operations, and risk management advisory.

Founded by Reginald Sugandha, a treasury professional with 14 years of experience across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and North America — including senior roles at a global TMS vendor and hands-on treasury operations at a multinational financial services firm.

We bring both sides of the table to every engagement: the practitioner who has managed FX risk, run liquidity, and built bank relationships; and the consultant who has designed and delivered complex treasury transformations across financial institutions and large corporates.
